Player development is central to IA’s mission of assisting athletes in unlocking their infinite potential. Coaches and trainers utilize a holistic approach to basketball skill development and athletic enhancement that is individually tailored to the needs of each athlete. Packages can be designed for a range of ability levels – from student athletes seeking to supplement scholastic and AAU team practices to pre combine NBA hopefuls.
Youth athletes can also develop a solid fundamental foundation, as well as enhance coordination and essential motor skills, along with confidence in a fun and safe environment.
Customizable packages include:
–On-court individual skill workouts
–Strength, speed and agility routines
–Film breakdown & performance review; and
–Written evaluations with identified areas of focus, weekly goals, and constructive feedback
Athletes also have the ability to consult with IA affiliated sports nutritionists, physical therapists and sports psychologists, as needed.
