India Choquette

Head Trainer

India began her training journey on a farm in Vermont slinging hay bales and hauling buckets of water across as her first workout memories. She attended Barnard College and since graduation, has been a trainer leading strength based fitness sessions and classes at gyms across NYC. She currently manages the functional fitness program at Columbia University and is the physical education instructor and trainer. India believes that the ability to move well and freely is an integral part of being alive, and she hopes to spend the next few years with IA making quality training more accessible and affordable to people across the city.
